Just eat healthy: There really is no set diet to go on. Eat healthy. Low fat meals. May want to emulate a runners diet since there is so much cardio involved with basketball.

Healthy diet: Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit per day. Use whole grains. Avoid sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrates. Insure you have adequate protein.
