Dental evaluation: The dental causes can be vast. A thorough evaluation by your dentist to rule out periodontal (gum), cavities, abscesses, etc is a good starting point. Your physician can check your nasal passages, sinuses, adenoids for inflammation/infection also. Diet can also contribute as can oral hygiene.
