Not really: It's okay to use mouthwash while you have your aligners out of your mouth. Ideally you will brush well before putting your aligners back in your mouth so the need for mouthwash should be less.

Yes, but remove them: Best to remove your aligners before you use mouthwash. Ask your orthodontist if they recommend placing your aligners in mouthwash for any extended period of time.

Not really: You can use any mouthwash that it clear with invisalign. However if it has any color it could get between your teeth and the tray and not only stain your teeth (blue or yellow) but also the buttons. Generally the only thing that you can have is water with the trays in place.

Yes, of course: It is fine to use mouthwash. One with flouride or anti-plaque is great.

Not in the trays: Can actually interfere with the fit and activity of the aligner trays. If you want to rinse with mouthwash when you brush your teeth that's fine, but don't load mouthwash into trays before inserting.
