I swallowed 5000ppm toothpaste. is that bad?

How much? : If an entire, family sized tube of the 5000ppm toothpaste was swallowed all at once on an empty stomach by a child, then it would be a good idea to call the pediatrician for advice. If you are a full-grown adult and it was the amount on your toothbrush, you should be fine. Maybe a little bit of stomach discomfort. Drink water. Continue to use it!

Not necessarily: If you have a question, call your local poison control phone number. But, a small amount of ingested toothpaste will not harm you.

One time is not bad: One time accidental ingestion of high strength Fluoride should not be harmful. Repeated ingestion is not recommended.
