Go see a doctor: Er if necessary. Without knowing the extent of her hepatic damage, the meds she is receiving, the rest of her medical history, etc., cannot help you. You also do not say what her BP is or whether she is making urine. Take her to a doctor asap. Good luck and hope things work out for the better.

Difficult to say: Some people have low blood pressure and it has nothing to do with hepatitis c. They need to be evaluated for other causes. People who are on certain medications such as diuretics for abdominal fluid (ascites) can have low blood pressure but that is a complication of severe liver damage. Sounds like a good medical evaluation will be needed.
