Depends: Depends upon whether your low cortisol levels were from adrenal or pituitary causes. If it was pituitary, you may have other hormonal abnormalities that interfere with conception. If it was your adrenal glands, and you're receiving appropriate replacement, you should return to whatever your normal fertility is. Check w/your doctors and have your partner checked. Use calcium/vitamin d for osteopeni.

Need work up: It is hard to know from your comments what is going on. Normal cycles (without use of bcp) suggests normal pituitary function and normal estrogen. So why osteopenia at age 32? How was the adrenal insufficiency diagnosed? With an acth stimulation test, hopefully. Do you have a GI or nutritional disorder? Present some of these questions to your endocrinologist.
