Start with nutrition: Eat a balanced diet and drink 2 quarts of water daily. Duplicate any sodas or alcohol with water, also. Take a multivitamin w/iron unless you're very sure you're diet is truly balanced. Give this at least 3mos to work in your body. If you don't glow, see your doc for bloodwork to assess your nutrient status and proceed from there.

Live pure: Yes! concentrate on how you feel inside! exercise daily, eat whole foods, drink 2 quarts of water daily, no alcohol, no drugs, no smoking. Develop a yoga smile, and the more light you develop inside the more will shine, or glow on the outside!

See below: Besides the proper eating and drinking habits, using vit-c cream on your face twice daily will maintain the youthful appearance for a long time. Make sure you use a stable formula that doesn't oxidize easily. Good luck from nyc.
