White Spot : Most of the time it's the natural occurrence known as fordyce's spots. Fordyce's spots are said to occur because of genetics, but the exact cause is still unknown. Other possibilities include hair follicles, a scrotal cyst, or less likely the beginning of vitiligo. Have your husband see his local dermatologist.
