I have small white circular spots on my legs , mostly below the knee . what do they mean. coz they have increased these past few months ?

White spots: This may be a fungal infection such as times versicolor (can be treated with selsun blue shampoo with aloe or rx pills) or tunes corporus (treated with otc anti fungal cream/ointment).
