Get checked out: There are too many reasons to go through for upper back pain. If u sit at a computer at work suggest support for your chair, breaks, and back stretching. But suggest medical eval.

It's usually muscle: Strain. Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin (if no allergy) and warm packs application should help. If it gets worse seek medical help.
