Severl possibilities: You are very young for spinal causes of back pain and when doctors hear the word burning they also thing about nerve pain, sciatica and infection for starters. Thus, it would be fantastic for you to see your PCP or even Ob/Gyn or possibly Spine Specialist for an initial evaluation to ensure you are not pregnant or with infection and then to obtain a more complete history and do an exam.Update us.
