Neuro: New numbness can be a sign of nerve compression or vascular insufficiency. See neurologist asap.

Unlikely: These implants are not available in usa. There are no reports of peripheral neuropathy or other complications producing numbness of feet. You should definitely see a neurologist and have this diagnosed and treated if possible.
