Bp: Those complaints are not likely to be from blood pressure. You could have a viral process, overactive thyroid, and a bunch of other things. To get a more precise work through you need to see your dr. Those findings by the way could also be triggered by various drugs if you've taken something.

It might: If people are able to sense their blood pressure is up, then they do so indifferent ways. This might happen for you as you describe--should check your BP when it happens. Should also check your temperature--as could be indication of infection.

Easy: Get a blood pressure device for $50 and check it out at home. It may be higher at your doctors office but at home you will be relaxed without white coat syndrome. You are too young to have a blood pressure problem but better be safe!
