B Vits, A, C, D & E: Many vitamins are needed for healthy hair, including b3, b5, b6, b12, biotin & a, c, d, e & zinc. The most effective are e, d & biotin. Adequate essential omega 3 & 6 fatty acids are also important. Flax & hemp oil & fish like wild salmon & sardine are good sources.
