Options: Relax, relax, relax. It sounds as though you are carrying a lot of muscular tension. Start off with deep breathing exercises- breath in slowly & deeply through nose, hold air in lungs x 5 count, slowly exhale through an open mouth. Progressive muscle relaxation is right up your alley. Consider working with a pyschologist to decrease anxiety. Acupuncture would be a great help to you. Take care.
