Tretinoin : Retinoids like tretinoin work well to improve skin texture and fine wrinkling as well as the appearance of pigmentation/ brown spots. Retinoids are also used as part of combination treatment for the management of acne.

Retinoids: Really do work well for reducing acne, and improving fine wrinkles and pigmentation issues. But i would not use oils along with them, due to the concern about new acne pustules.
