Quite possibly.: It is entirely possible that the soap you caused enough inflammation to cause abnormal appearing cells on your pap.

Not soap: There can be several reasons a pap smear is abnormal. The only important reason is whether or not a high-risk hpv virus is present. If it is present, you will need careful follow-up to hopefully be sure it resolves.
