?????: A vaginal bacterial infection would not cause your WBC in your blood to be high, but if u had an std or another type of bacteria that progressed and went to the endometrium- causing an endometritis or the tubes - causing a pid that can give you an elevated white count when your CBC is doneand u need antibiotics and close followup.
