Disease of cornea: Any problem with the cornea (the front window of the eye) can be called a keratopathy. Depending on the cause, there can be blurred vision, light sensitivity, tearing, gritty sensation.

Corneal disease: Keratopthy refers to a disease or abnormality of the cornea, the clear crystal over the iris or colored part of the true. The symptoms could be pain, light sensitivity or blurred vision.
