Get checked: Although not a cardiac problem, this pain could represent a problem that requires urgent attention. Examples would be a pulmonary embolism (a clot in one of the arteries to the lung) or any other condition that inflames the membrane surrounding the lung. It may turn out to be just a musculoskeletal problem.
