CONTACT your doctor: Your inr requires therapy range and your level is too low. In addition your other issues need attention. Do not delay, get it fixed.

Warfarin: Your inr is low. If you had a pulmonary embolus keeping in therapeutic range is very important. If you now have those symptoms you note you might have more problems with clotting. Please get attention asap and be sure in the future you work with your health care staff to keep that inr where it belongs.
