Yes: There is no conflict between these 2 -- and 12.5 mg iodine is a fairly safe dose. Talk with your doctor about whether you really need this, though. There can be many reasons including thyroid support -- but i don't know enough about you to guess. People also get iodine through their food, including kelp, other herbs, dairy products, meats, and eggs.
