Is L-Theanine safe to take with Zoloft (sertraline)?

Yes: L- Theanine affects primarily the neurotransmitter GABA while Zoloft (sertraline) affects primarily Serotonin. There should not be much interaction. Be sure you tell your doctor all the supplements you are taking.
