Ruin your dinner: Let's say you work 8-5. Eat a king's breakfast, because you need your nutrition. At 10am, eat a granola bar & drink water. At 11:30am, ruin your lunch by eating 1/2 apple; and then only eat 1/2 or your lunch. At 2pm, have craisins and almonds w/ water. At 5:30pm, ruin your dinner by eating carrots & drinking water; eat 1/2 of your dinner. This fiber & water trick should help your cravings & weight.
