Tough : It may be unavoidable to crave unhealthy foods, but as much as possible try to only keep healthier options in your home so it will be less likely you will reach for the unhealthy. If you eat out, try to choose places that offer healthy options and ask the server to only tell you about those options. Try to stick to prespecified times for eating, and not to have unplanned snacks.
