My skin color is going dark day by day, some months before i worked a lot at sunlight but now i avoid sun exposure, anything which can whiten my skin?

Other options are apparently available through intravenous methods in the philippines but I am not aware of these treatments in the usa nor am i familiar with the safety profile. Other peeling techniques may be performed for localized hyperpigmentation.
