Need Evaluation: Obviously, you should not let this continue. The answer maybe very simple and treatment equally easy. If you have had medicine, and physical therapy, someone must have prescribed it. Do you have a name for what you have. A diagnosis is key, thus treatment can be targeted. Hopefully by now someone has looked at your lower back via an mri, and your kidney function, at least for starters. Cheers!
