Toddlers & weed: If toddlers smoke weed, it's only because irresponsible adults around them are making it available and teaching them to use it. Their brains are even more vulnerable to the problems adults' brains are. Incipient psychosis and learning problems are 2 big issues that come to mind.

You're kidding ??.: This would be a quick way to lose parental rights/permanent custody in most states. (mine in particular) there is consensus that kids exposed to the smoke have less head growth & conflicting data about developmental disabilities.Such parents don't deserve the love & affection of kids.
