Medications: The combination of certain beta-blockers and vasodilators when used together can improve ef. A resynchronization bi-ventricular pacemaker in selected patients with LBBB can be very effective. Multiple medications: I'm assuming you have had a heart event of some type and your ejection fraction is poor. Treatment first is to stop all of the things that decreased your heart pump function (by half!). Stop smoking & drinking alcohol. Normalize blood sugars/cholesterol/pressures and weight. After all of that, take the multiple heart medications that you have been prescribed. There is hope for recovery!
