A member asked:

Now i am 19 years old, and my height is 5.6 inches, is there is any chance to improve my height....

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends on maturity: Most boys start puberty at 12 and have fairly mature bodies by the age of 16-17, at which height growth stops. If you still have immature genitals, etc., then you may be a late bloomer and can still expect some growth. Height is often genetically determined and minimally affected by lifestyle, unless one is chronically ill.
