Maybe: The home pregnancy tests that we have these days are pretty darn accurate -- even to within 8-14 days of conception; however, i've also seen some dollarstore pregnancy tests that i wouldn't trust at all! if you're 2 weeks late on your period, look for signs of pregnancy (enlarged/tender breasts, weight gain, nausea, ) and get a reputable hpt.
