Circumcision: Penile glans skin is more sensitive than the foreskin, so it is worth considering circumcision. U can test it yourself by comparing touch sensation on both places. U certainly need a circ. If foreskin does not retract. Surgery best done by urologist. Lack of any sensation anywhere on your penis would indicate a neurologic problem & require a neurologist for management.
