When a woman engages into sex, what is the difference between an orgasm and regular fluids in the vagina that makes the vagina wet.

2 Possibilities: It is possible that you simply have normal vaginal lubrication with sex - climax may simply send a surge of these same fluids into the vaginal canal. There are some women, however, who are female ejaculators. Many do not believe in this, but it is possible. One theory is that some women have vestigial embryonic prostatic tissue around the urethra that is expelled like a man's with orgasm.
