Seek urgent care: Check your temperature, you may need to go to the ed if the pain progresses to the right lower quadrant (localized)especially with a low grade temperature (99) and if you don't feel like eating or begin to vomit. Pain in the stomach severe enough to bend you over in pain is bothersome. Vague crampy abdominal pain and a headache could be anything.
