Different cause: The pain in the neck, shoulder and back are connected. The carpal tunnel is limited to the wrist area. Blurry vision seems to be unrelated to the previous and might be as simple as the need for glasses. Go for an eye exam and resolve the issue.

Exam: You need evaluation by physician. Your vision issues can be simply age related (cataract) or change in acuity.
