Yes: There are so many reasons why couples have trouble conceiving. Interesting, 50% of the causes are related to the male, while the remaining 50% are related to the female. One of those reasons are problems with ovulation where you may not get your period. But be careful, up to 35% of couples have more than one problem so make sure to look for all possible causes even if one is obvious. Good luck.
