Yes. : People react to drugs differently... Therefore, if you develop symptoms, stop taking the drug and call you doctor for an appointment! good luck!

Medication: Generally psychiatric medication doesn't negatively affect heart function except electrical activity. If there is subclinical muscle disease present, it is possible for some of the agents to cause problems but its unusual. The qt prolongation is the predominant problem but isn't a cause of weak heart muscle.
