Diabetic neuropaty can be curred totally?

Tight glucose contro: Tight glucose control can help keep it from worsening, may halt the progression, and possibly repair some of the damage-but only possibly. A total "cure", except very, very early is unlikely. Avoid neurotoxins such as alcohol, tobacco etc as well/.

Three types: There are actually three types of neuropathy. Sensory means that the nerves that provide sensation misfunction leading to lightening bolt, burning, or complete loss of pain and feeling. Motor neuropathy means problems with function usually in the lower extremities and autonomic neuropathy affects skin tone, oil secretion and blood flow. Each of these separately or combined can mean big problems.
