On my CBC test my monocytes was normal but my monocytes absolute was high. Why is that? Had mono a month earlier broke out in rash etc from penicillin

Platelets 159, monocytes 10%, the rest of CBC normal. Mono test neg. Thyroid fine. Bruising, bleeding gums, very painful hip, wakes me up. My gp is baffled. What, if anything, should I do to find out what is going on? Thanks.
WBC: 4.14 Poikilocytosis: 1+ NRBCS: Abnormal Absolute Lymphs: 1.41 Absolute Monos: .25 These are my recent CBC results. Im anemic, but wondering if theres cause for concern. Will hear from dr next week, but nurse wants to refer out to specialist?
