Yes: The most common problem caused by consumption of pork is dysphagia from a food bolus. The pork gets stuck in the esophagus causing the person unable to swallow liquids or solids. An upper endoscopy is required for removal of the food bolus. Common causes include structuring of the esophagus and even esophageal cancer.
