Related : Hemorrhoids occur with stasis of blood. Prevention is key. Don't sit on toilet for long periods. Try sitz baths. Once you have hemorrhoids keep the area very clean and prevent wiping too hard. If you aren't clean you'll end up with bacteria from feces causing infection on the skin "acne".
