Probably OK: The glandular tissue in the breast, as well as the connective tissue between the glands, does get stretched a lot during breastfeeding. Most likely you are feeling these normal breast changes. But if your breast becomes red and swollen, or pain becomes significant, it may mean an infection. In that case, you should see your OB doctor.
