A member asked:

Taking b complex vitamin (solgar); pee is bright yellow because of riboflavin.. i think. it seems unnatural or unhealthy that it is consistently bright (almost neon yellow). question: over time can the excess riboflavin cause damage in any way?

Absolutely!: Even water has a toxic dose. The daily requirement for riboflavin is around 2mg yet people take 100's of mgs which IS unnatural and unhealthy. You describe jaundice and mononucleosis but its not clear if they are related (though they could be) or if you have other issues. Jaundice is a sign of serious liver or bile duct problems and riboflavin can damage liver in high doses. see a doctor
