Go to the Emergency : If you feel that unwell, you need medical attention tonight if possible. I would advise you to go to an emergency room of your nearby hospital and let them examine you to make sure that you do not have an acute abdomen. Any rectal bleeding especially if it is painless, needs a quicker check up than is avilable in an outpateint doctor's office.
