A member asked:

What can cause a the spine to change it's posture?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Posture or curvature: If you mean there is a curve in your spine, when looking from behind, then you may have scoliosis. Have you pcp take a look. If by posture you mean the way it looks from the side there is little you can do to make that different. In the elderly it may be a sign of osteoporosis and vertebral compression fractures.
