See doctor: Many infections can present with these findings, most of which are self limited and of no consequence. Scarlet fever may look like this and should be treated with antibiotics. Rubella and other viruses that are capable of harming a fetus may look like this and you should isolate yourself if you have them. Other illnesses can mimic these and need a doctors attention.
