You can't help him: Antisocial personality can't be treated, and especially not by family members. If he is as you have described, he's incapable of caring about the legitimate rights of others. If you have emancipated, keep a safe distance and do not antagonize him; you may need to pretend to love him. The very fact that you're concerned you may be like him tells me that you are not.
