Seems it may be gastroenteritis/ food poisoning. Fever? How long going on? if more than 7 episodes of diarrhea/ vomiting in 24 hours seek attention in ER/ urgent care as may be dehydrated and need IV fluids and a diagnosis F/u/ w/ MD
