Good morning, i have a 4months old son whom i think is teething because he bites everything and puts everything in his mouth. my worry is i think he has diarrhea, his stool is watery, and yellow, and he poops 3/4 times a day. please assist / advise?

This sounds like pretty normal behavior for age. Stools are often loose & can come as a smear every feed or a diaper filler every few days. They suck on anything since the lips are lined with pleasure sensors, a feature that assures they will learn to and actively feed before they develop the sense of hunger.

Diarrhea often seen with teething as copious saliva created. Important to prevent dehydration. Mouthing is a way of learning. Tongue is most sensitive organ of the body. Mouth is filled with nerve endings for pleasure. If your child spikes a fever, contact medical specialist Pediatrician.
