Can you reccomend anything to help my raynauds?

Keep warm, etc...: Other than treating the underlying condition(s) causing raynaud's symptoms, avoiding emotional stress, keeping warm, not smoking, and avoiding caffeine, some medications can help. Nifedipine, diltiazem, losartan, and prazosin have been used in patients with raynaud's phenomenon, to block vasospasm and/or relax vessels so they can dilate to let more blood flow through them.

Raynauds: The conventional treatment would be using mittens on the hands, and warm socks on her feet to protect from the cold environment which causes the symptoms in the hands and feet. Alternative possibilities would include biofeedback, and discuss possible medicines that could be tried to help, with your primary medical Dr.
